SALADS

There are many traditional cooking techniques in Thailand, the one called YUM, is a way to take a certain type of (Cooked or Uncooked) protein such as Beef, Pork, or Seafood and mix with fresh squeezed lime juice, fish sauce, herbs and Thai chilies.

Larb : choice of chicken, pork, or beef

minced meat spiced with Thai chili, lime juice, fish sauce, rice powder, green onions, red onion, and mint leaves.

Yum Nua : Beef, Pork, Or Shrimp

grilled and seasoned with lemongrass, lime juice, fish sauce, chili paste, mint, and onions.

Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad)

shredded green papaya, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, and shrimps. seasoned with Thai chili, lime juice, palm sugar, garlic, peanuts, and fish sauce.

Chicken Salad

romaine heart, cucumber, and tomatoes mixed with crispy rice noodles, ginger, sesame, and house dressing (substitute for battered fried shrimp +$3)

fresh romaine heart, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, a hard-boiled egg, carrot and red cabbage topped with crispy wonton. served with homemade peanut sauce.
